• Are you selective in the cases you take?

RWG:  Yes.  Very.  I represent only a small fraction of the people who contact me.  Clients must fit my core values.  I believe in truth, justice, freedom, hard work, respect, fair dealing, and, of course, the American way.

  • Your bio says you're conservative.  Do I have to be conservative for you to represent me?

RWG:  No.  Some of my best friends (and clients) have different political beliefs.  I couldn't care less about your politics.  But, I refuse to hide my core values just to get your business.

  • Have you won any awards?

RWG:  Yes.  I'm most proud of the Client Distinction / Client Rating awards I received from Martindale-Hubbell in 2014, 2015, and 2016.  I am also a member of The National Advocates 2016 Top 100 Lawyers in family law.  In 2017

  • Do you accept credit cards?

RWG:  Yes.  It's the only way you can pay for my new pilot program.

  • Do you charge for initial consultations?  What are your standard retainers?

RWG:  Yes.  Initial consultations cost $20.00.  Cash only.  Why?  Because my time is valuable.  I bill at $275.00 per hour.  If you refuse to pay $20.00 for a consultation, you should find another lawyer.

My retainer fee for the new pilot program is zero dollars ($0.00).

  • Do you represent women and men?

RWG:  Yes.  If I had to guess, I would estimate that over my career I have represented an equal number of men and women.  I really don't keep track.  It's not important.
